Lee Griffiths appointed General Manager for Mainmark New Zealand

Lee brings almost 20 years’ experience in construction and infrastructure across New Zealand and the UK, spanning the marine, civil, geotechnical and energy sectors. His background combines practical project delivery with commercial leadership and strategic planning.

Beginning his career with a civil engineering apprenticeship at a Tier 1 contractor in the UK, Lee moved to New Zealand in 2017. Most recently, he served as New Business Manager at Brian Perry Civil, leading the pursuit and development of major infrastructure opportunities in collaboration with clients, partners and delivery teams.

With an MBA and a strong foundation in engineering, Lee understands the practical and commercial considerations behind successful projects. His experience will help support our New Zealand team, strengthen client relationships and guide the continued growth of our business.
